I’m terrified of miscarrying, please help? 2nd pregnancy

I’ve never miscarried. I’ve only been pregnant once and my daughter is about to be 3 this year. I’m worried ima miscarry in this trimester or that the baby will die at 9 weeks or maybe when I’m 5 months. I freak out over every cramp. I don’t remember how I kept myself calm last time. I’m 5 weeks tomorrow

Try meditation. Sounds silly but talk to your baby. Tell them to hang in there. 
I’ve miscarried before and it’s crystal clear when it’s happening. A little cramping and even bleeding is totally normal during pregnancy. Try to remind yourself of that too. 
Just breathe, Mama! It’ll be okay!

I had a late miscarriage and wasted so much time worrying/going to docs that I neglected to enjoy the little time I had with my baby. Live your life, enjoy being pregnant, tell that baby how much you love him/her because you can only hope and pray things will turn out right. But don’t want any regrets like I do.

I felt this way with my 3rd pregnancy. I think I actually jinxed myself I ended up losing the baby. Try not to stress about it..unfortunately there's no way of stopping it. Stressing is going to make it worse for you and baby.
My 4th pregnancy I just tried to stay positive and no negativity and I have a healthy little boy
