Should I be worried!?

My 15 month old doesn’t say any complete words. Just a lot of yelling and babbling. I’m worried because she’s my first and every other child I’ve been around started saying little words a little earlier. 
Yes I read to her, and I talk to her. She listens fairly well!to things I tell her to do. I’m just a little worried

I don't think so, my 15 month old doesn't say any full words either, or my friend's. She makes sounds that are trying to be words but they aren't proper yet.

Bring it up to your pediatrician. All kids are different. My 3.5 year old great niece does not even form complete sentences and she needs speech therapy and needs to be taught sign language. Maybe some basic sign language will help her.

I was told by the doctor that the milestone at 18 mos is 20 words. But “word” means consonant + vowel so things like  da, ba, and boo count. I’m sure your kiddo is fine but ask your doctor if you’re worried

By 15 months they are only expected to say 5 consistent words which don't have to be clear. Things like "uh oh" and "yum" count.

If I might, my son was having the same issue. Then we learned a couple words he could sign to help him communicate, and shortly after that point the language started to flow. Good luck, I hope it gets resolved for you

Ask her questions and show her how to answer, make her ask for milk, water and things like that when she cries tell her to let you know what is wrong, continue to read to her, watch movies with her, teach her what’s rain, or snow or sunny! Dogs ask her to repeat after you. I talk to my daughter all the time people used to think I was crazy hahah I even described the foods she is eating and she talks full sentences now she will be 20 months. Does she us a pacifier?
