Losing weight tips
I am 19 years old. I am 5'2 and 186 lbs. I want to lose weight over the duration of a couple months, nothing rushed. I just don't know where to start. I want to be 150lbs and continue the healthy habits since i want it to be a lifestyle. Do you guys have any tips on how to stay disciplined and motivated? Also, what were some things you know will work for losing weight?
