Acupuncture during pregnancy

Hi! I’ve been going to acupuncture all throughout my FET process and got BFP this week. Should I continue acupuncture with early pregnancy or is there any harm? I’ve bad cough and nausea, my hcg has been a bit unstable and high.

Anyone here got acupuncture in early pregnancy and did it help? Thx!
