Bleeding started up again one week after surgical?

I had a surgical abortion exactly one week ago. I only bled the rest of the day of, and the next day a panty liner was all I needed.

All week, no blood at all. Today when I went to wipe, I noticed some light brown blood on the tissue. I put a panty liner on and continued bleeding light brown. Not too heavy.

Is this normal? I was only 5w 2d when I got the abortion. They almost didnt do it being so early. Does anyone know what this could be and if it has anything to do with being so early ? I know it sounds nuts. Maybe they didnt get it? Please help.
