Has anybody ever had medical or surgical abortion?

Hey everyone, has anybody had the pill abortion method? If so, please comment your experience, pain, and what to expect!! 
If you haven’t had the pill version, and have had a surgical abortion with the “suction” method, pleasee comment as well! With your experience, pain and what to expect!!

The surgical abortion is very quick (5-10mins). If you opt for moderate sedation like I did, you barely remember the procedure. The most pain I felt was a bit of discomfort. This one can be more expensive but I found it was worth it having had both procedures.

I had a surgical abortion back in October. I was incredibly anxious but Planned Parenthood was amazing. A nurse held my hand the entire five minutes, I didn’t feel an ounce of judgement, and both nurse and doctor chatted with me to keep me distracted. It felt like hiccuping cramps - every pump of the plunger on the syringe ( about two inches in circumference ) was an odd feeling but not excruciating. I bled extremely heavy for two days but was done within a week. My pregnancy symptoms were gone in 24 hours.

Surgical abortion is very quick. Had a lot of anxiety beforehand, afterwards I felt amazing and like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I barely remember the actual procedure, it was so quick (and they got me pretty drugged up too lol). It’s almost like having your wisdom teeth taken out, IMO.

Pill. I had to retake them after the two week waiting period because I hadn’t fully passed everything. And if anything stays in your uterus, it could cause infertility or other infections in the future. 
But after my second time taking them I was fine. They offered me 12 months of birth control free, 24 condoms and 10 lube packs lol
The pain was only really bad the first 2 days. After that it was just mild cramping but the pain pills helped a lot

I’ve had both.. 
My first one was the surgical abortion and it was excruciating because at the time I lived in a country where abortion is illegal so I did the entire procedure unmediated.. I was a wreck after because I actually wanted to have that baby but i was young. 
The second one was the pill.. it was fine painless they usually prescribe painkillers for the mild contractions u’d experience (which I again didn’t pick up because I didnt want to spend the money n I hate pills)

Honestly if you choose to do a surgical abortion, you probably won’t remember it. They drugged me up a lot, I have no idea if he used the “suction” method. I personally didn’t bleed at all after mine. I had some pain because I went back to work right away and was moving too much and felt some stomach pains because of it. I suggest taking a few days off after to recover.

The pill. You take one pill at the doctor which stops the formation of the fetus, then you go home and a certain amount of time later you take the other pill(s). The ones I took could be diffused in my checks or inserted vaginally, so I inserted vaginally and took the pain meds prescribed. I was in a decent amount of pain, but I was knocked out by the pain meds. My bf took care of me all weekend. The week following I was exhausted. There were large blood clots but nothing crazy. I was 5 weeks.
