2 month old has cold

Hello,

My 2 month old has a cold. He has been coughing, sneezing and has had a stuffy nose. He has been eating, peeing and pooping normal. His temperature is 98.7, so no fever and he has been sleeping a lot more. I have been using saline drops and the nose sunction. Also I have had the vaporizer on all day. Is there anything else I can try? He has a doctors appointment Tuesday so I’ve been holding off until then. Suggestions please ☹️oh and he’s been a little more fussy.
