Closed tubes & endometriosis

So I went in to have my cyst removed via surgery & after getting in there the doctor discovered that the cyst was in my Fallopian tube. He also said my other tube was closed and I had endometriosis. He said my ovaries looked great. The doctor cleaned up the endometriosis and removed as much of the cyst that he could and opened the other tube back up. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue before and if there is the slightest hope that my husband and I will conceive?
