How do you get over an ex that you’re still in love with. My situation is a little stick I’m on the other side of the world which is the reason we aren’t together. The best thing is too move on but ladies how did you cope ? I’m scared it is messing with my health.

I used to make myself “crush” on someone else. Whether it was another guy I actually knew in life or an actor, I would focus on them, look them up online, wonder what they’re doing, etc. just to get my brain away from the real heartache. 
After a week or two I’d go out either with guy friends or random dates just to get out. I wouldn’t sleep with anyone and these dates were definitely not “keepers”, just a fun outing while I sorted through my feelings. 
You can also try writing a letter to yourself to put into words how you feel like:
“I’m really sad we didn’t make work out, I loved him :( but we’re too far apart so now the next thing in life for me is...” hope you feel better soon!
