3 days late - trying to conceive

I am 3 days late . 3 Negative pregnancy tests , but 1 positive on day 1 of missed period . My husband were trying to conceive last month , but i don’t know if i could be pregnant or if The Pill is still trying to get out of my system . (4 months off it )
