Help with bottles on the go?

Hello, does anyone else use this or something similar for travel? I have dr brown bottles and use a baby brezza to mix powdered formula. 
1) Using the ice pack it came with, how long is the formula good for? 
2) does anyone use extra ice packs?
3) Also when I put it in it is already warmed because it is coming from the brezza. Is that a problem? i.e. mixed and warmed, then chilled with ice.
Any other advice/observations would be appreciated. I’m a little nervous about making a mistake.

You should never warm, cool, and then rewarm your bottles. It is suggested that once warm a bottle is good for an hour...

For travel? I use a regular, tall lunch box for my son's bottles. However, I once saw a post where someone traveling a long distance kept warm water in a thermos and just mixed bottles as needed. Would that fit your needs better than trying to keep the bottles cool? In the past, I've used the 24 hour rule- so I'd mix a large container of formula then put what I needed in a bottle when needed. Anything left in the big container was tossed out the next morning (24 hrs).

My daycare requires either breast milk with a cool pack or formula and water separate but measured and ready to be mixed so they can make it when it's time to feed. They won't accept premixed formula bottles and have a time limit of like 3 hours from mixing to disposal.
