Really in need of help

So usually my periods are pretty on time but this time I'm 14 days late. I'm worried for 2 reasons. One, am i pregnant and just not feeling any symptoms or two, PCOS does run in my family so could it be that and could I never have kids? (Last time i had sex was Jan.10th.) I'm worried that if i take a test I'll be discouraged that I'll never have kids if it's negative so I havent and I know im probably stressing myaelf out by not doing it but there is so much more going on in life...
