How long does it take for a positive test to pop up?

My bf came in me 2 wks and 3 days ago and I’ve taken 3 tests the past 3 days and they’re all negative. I’m now 5 days late on my period and I haven’t had any period symptoms and I usually do. But I’ve been feeling a little off and started cramping today, I’m a little bloated and I feel like I’m gonna puke like any second but just won’t. I just wanna know if I’m pregnant and I don’t know how long to wait!!😩
