Coffee or not?

Hey ladies,
I was thinking since I love to have coffee every day for breakfast or in the evening how can I not drink it if I am convincing for pregnancy? Any suggestions?

Caffeine in small doses is ok. My midwives said one or two cups a day is fine while pregnant, but you do what you’re comfortable with :)

I didn't drink coffee through my 1st pregnancy because I wasn't a coffee drinker yet. I became one when I had my 1st and I needed the caffeine to get through the day. I did drink coffee through my 2nd and 3rd pregnancies. My dr said 1 cup a day is perfectly fine. I had 2 cups of coffee every once in awhile if I needed that extra caffeine to get rid of a headache. Limited amounts of caffeine is perfectly safe through pregnancy.
