Meds for nausea?

I’m having morning (all day) sickness. What can I take for nausea?
Tried preggie pops, the wrist bands, and ginger everything.

I’ve never taken anything, but my friend did a combination of b6 and unisom for morning sickness.

Vitamin B6 -  cut the pill into quarters and take it three times a day. Unisom pull (whole pill) before bed. You will literally feel like a new person!! Consult your dr first of course.

You can get sickness tablets from your doctor,safe to take,then can get some sort of life back on track,I was sick loads of time during the day from 6 wks ,got tablets on 3 a day and votiming  has stopped just feel a little sickness during the day.
