I have been really hungry and I am breastfeeding, however my kiddo has acid reflux and appears to have a dairy intolerance which has severely restricted what foods I can actually eat.

It's normal to be really hungry while breastfeedind. I try to snack as much as I can

Breastfeeding hunger is a whole new beast! So much worse than even being pregnant 😂 I am eating constantly and still loosing weight

Oh yes! I lost all 21 lbs of pregnancy weight within 2 weeks but then it all came back and then some due to my ravenous hunger.
