Urine test

So I went to patient first (should have called my doctor) for having lower abdominal discomfort that actually went away the next day (nothing major-but had uti once before while having that feeling) and I am 5 weeks pregnant (could have been pregnancy symptoms?) They said I do not have a uti but when I looked over my paperwork/lab results...WBC was neg but it showed a trace of WBCest (written as neg/normal) & bacteria (written as abnormal online /negative on paper)...should I call my doctor and get this re-evaluated? 😩
