Anxiety
Hey, I have been struggling a lot the past six months to a year with my anxiety sky rocketing to a point where I struggle just to leave the house and go to my boyfriends place. His not overly happy about the fact that I don’t come over very often anymore and his always having to come to me instead of it being 50/50.
So what I’m asking is what do you guys do to try and cope with anxiety. What has and what hasn’t worked for you, because I am not really finding anything that works for me lately, unless I force myself to do something and in the end I’m just tired, grumpy and miserable.
