When do you get ovulation cramps?

Hubby and I BD 4 days in a row and got my peak on Saturday. We BD Friday, Saturday and Sunday and today we are just exhausted! Lol but I’ve been having cramping all day today and I had a tiny amount of spotting. Wondering if we should try to BD one more time!????

I get cramps before I Ovulate and on the day too, sometimes it does go past Ovulation when I am getting sticky mucus. I guess its up to our bodies how they respond to these things. If you got your Peak on Saturday, Ovulation can occur 12-48 after. If you are Cramping, it could be that you are Ovulating right now. Your chances seem good for doing 4 days in a row, try again today and if not then take a day off and try again tomorrow. All the best!
