What was your period like after getting your IUD removed?

So I got my IUD taken out about a month ago bc I haven’t been having sex with anyone after getting out of a 6 year relationship almost a year ago.. and I had some bad hormonal and physical side effects from the Mirena.

I have a connection with someone Im going to visit on Thursday and OF COURSE I start bleeding. Haven’t had a period in over 2 years.

What are you alls first period experience after taking the Mirena out?
