Herbs for fertility? 🌿

Have any of you ladies tried any natural herbs or supplements for fertility? I’m thinking about trying evening primrose oil.. I’ve also heard of ones to regulate cycles and ovulation but I’m pretty regular with that! Thx in advance

I tried soy isoflavone this cycle. I'm currently CD 9. So hopefully it helps, you're supposed to take it like clomid and taking it during specific days is supposed to do certain things like I did CD 4-8 lowest milligrams since I ovulate naturally, for a stronger ovulation! They say if you take it CD 1-5 your supposed to ovulate earlier. Apparently it works well with pcos however I just ovulate super late in my cycle usually and decided to give it a whirl
