struggling with fasting numbers?

i was too. it seemed like no matter what bedtime snack i had, how much or little sleep i got, exercise, etc. i could not get my fasting numbers to follow a pattern. they were unpredictable. well, i discovered a solution that i truly hope helps someone else! with an increase of dairy in my diet since starting a GD protocol, i was getting super backed up and having restless legs at night. i reintroduced magnesium before bed & didn’t think much of it, until one night i didn’t take it & my fasting number the next morning was 95. i had two lower numbers prior to that & retraced my steps...the only change was not taking magnesium. so, i tried it the next night, and the next, etc. and i have had over a week’s worth of fasting numbers in the 80s! i am so relieved & so far, so good! this is what i take: https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Formulated-Supplement-Anti-Stress/dp/B079D3X1Z3

and i do a serving (4 grams) in a glass of water right before bed every night. no restless legs, back to regular 💩, and best of all, manageable fasting #s! the powder is also sweet (stevia, so it doesn’t raise blood sugar) so it’s kind of like having a treat! anyone else have luck with taking magnesium???
