Need advice

Okay. So I am 36w 5d pregnant with my first. This may be TMI but oh well.. sorry. I took a dump earlier today and it was pretty heavy. And I bled after. Not out of my vagina, but my butthole. I looked it up on here and read that it happens if you strain too hard and what not. Understood. Plus baby boy kicked and moved aground afterwards and I had no pain. Well 5hrs later I am still bleeding just a little out of my anus. And I’m having really sharp pains when I move at all in my lower vag area? I just need advice.
