Hi spice it up ideas

I am disabeld but only in my feet i can stand use my legs basicly can do anything me and my man is doing it regurly but i want to spice things up in the bed room it starts usely on the couch foreplay etc then we do the deed on the bed but always the same any advice he have back issues so he cant do all the styles basicly only doggy but its like getting bored please help ive tryd somethings new but doesnt work like cowgirl etc
