Can a seamstress size down a pleated skirt?
I got a pleated skirt and it fits really really well, except the waist is a tiny bit too big. I tried sizing down but the skirt was then too short and too tight. Cutest skirt I own, if I take it somewhere can they cut the waist of a pleated skirt for me to fit me better?
