When did you start maternity leave and how much was paid/unpaid?
Of course maternity leave in my state is nonexistent. I get 12 weeks leave without pay. Which totally sucks! 👎🏻 When did you take maternity leave? And was any of it paid? How many weeks were paid/unpaid? So far I have 8 weeks paid using my personal vacation time. Then I’m planning on using 12 weeks unpaid leave. And from there I’ll have to put my baby in day care 🥴😭😫 Any help, advice is appreciated.
