Schedule for EBF 2 month old

I will be returning to work in a couple weeks and I was wondering if anyone has a successful feeding and sleeping schedule. I will be pumping at 11 and 2 so I would like to keep that on my off days. I know to feed on demand but we need some structure. I looked into babywise but see that it can really mess some babies up. Also when do you do waketime and bedtime. He currently goes to bed at 10ish and I need to move that up as when I work I go to bed at 930.
