Pelvic bone pain? Almost 23weeks!

This is pregnancy #3 for me I'm just shy of 23weeks, and for the past week my pelvic bone hurts so bad I almost end up in tears. I feel the baby move all the time and get hiccups. He's very active! But my gosh, unless I'm laying down I'm in excruciating pain, sitting leaned back is tolerable. But standing, walking, sitting on the toilet I feel excruciating pain. It literally reminds me of when the baby engages before you push! Any other moms experience this with their 2nd, 3rd, 4th etc.. pregnancy? 😢😢

I’m experiencing a lot of this as well. Second pregnancy, 27w with twins. My MFM says it’s the cartilage in my pubic bone stretching and possibly separating. He’s sending me to see a physical therapist for it this week. You might have something similar.

I’ve been experiencing this since about 15 weeks and I’ve brought it up to my doctor . They checked the baby for any distress or signs of early labor and there was nothing wrong . I always worry too as I say it feels like when you’re about to deliver, but I feel him moving just fine. I didn’t feel this with my first two pregnancies . I’m glad I’m not the only one going through this
