Hep C from toilet?!

Before anyone starts telling me I’m dumb for asking, please just read. I went in a public restroom as a woman was coming out, I put toilet paper on the seat and sat, as I was sitting I noticed my shoe was untied, I scooter forward to tie it and my vagina accidentally touched the toilet it’s self. I got up and noticed blood on the rim of the toilet where I was as instantly PANICKED. i cut my vagina shaving the day prior, but it wasn’t actively bleeding anymore. If the blood came in contact with my vagina, can it get up to the mucus membranes? Given that the blood came from someone with hep c?! Please help!
