Need motivation
I'm just over 7 weeks pregnant and so far my cravings have been sweet stuff and I never really ate that kind of stuff before didn't bother me now I can't get enough. Well anyway I'm worried about putting on to much weight and want to do yoga but every time I try and force myself my morning sickness kicks in and then I get hungry and can't be bothered. How did you push yourself to work out in early pregnancy?
