Does anyone know what this is? The black circled spot has been there for a few years. The red circled spot is new. The bottom spot gets dry and itchy and sometimes flaky. 😕
I have tried several things these last couple years (cleaning thoroughly, drying thoroughly, trying not to over clean, pat drying, lotion, etc.) Now that it is in a new spot I’m a little concerned.
