Could this be removed? What does it look like?

I have had this for as long as I can remember, and I absolutely hate it. It is under/ on the side of MY BOOB. It looks like a mole to me, what does it look like to you?  I've never talked to a doctor about it and thinking I should. Is there anyway I can remove this without talking to a doctor? Plus I get these hard black things that comes off of it if I pick at it.

Go to a doctor! That could be associated with a cancerous mole. Also they can remove it. If the doctor thinks it might be questionable she’ll biopsy a part of it. Then tell you the results and give you a cream or likely, freeze it off in office.

It can be removed but you should definitely see a doctor. It doesn’t look very healthy and you shouldn’t try to do that without a doctor
