Weird lump on my inner thigh...

Hi friends, I have this bump on my inner thigh/ groin area and I have no idea what it is. I know it’s hard to see in this picture but you can kind of see it, however it’s mostly under the skin and I can feel it more than I can see it. At first i thought it was an ingrown hair, and then I thought it was a swollen lymph node but it has continued to grow and I have no clue what it is. It is a little sore to touch but doesn’t hurt too badly. Does anyone know what this could be? Any input would be helpful, thanks in advance ladies :)
