Nipple pains still !!

I am almost a week past ovulation or I think I am, and my nipples are still so tender. I can wear a bra but it feels like someone is pinching them 🙄🙄 I’ve been having some cramps not really just my breasts hurts. Anyone else have this after they ovulate ??
