Backed up 🙊
So, for anyone struggling with being backed up...
Just wanted to let y'all know a teaspoon of ACV (apple cider vinegar) takes care of that very nicely 🙈
It also helps with nausea and heartburn.
HOWEVER: some claim it is not safe during pregnancy, while the companies that sell it say it is safe but to take no more than 2 tablespoons a day. Many Doctors and most midwives also say it is safe to take up to 2 tablespoons a day, so use at your own discretion.
It's personally helped me a ton and I know many women who have taken it throughout their entire pregnancies with no issues.
* One last warning, it tastes AWFUL. 🤣 But it's been worth it for me.
