Heavy af flow
I weigh 115lbs and I went through 6 pads. I feel ok I just think it’s A LOT. I had to change my pad between each class (I have 4 classes) and I was late to every single one of them. I will literally sit and class and flood even when I’m just sitting or if I stand up. Luckily I wore black pants today lol. But is this normal??
