Mirena Pain!!!

Help!! I need advice.

I’ve tried googling it but there isn’t much info. I got a mirena in last week and the aftermath was the worst pain I have ever experienced. Since then I’ve experienced cramping or slight pain but today the pain is excruciating. I’ve called up my doctor & I’m waiting on a call back. I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, what was wrong & how do you fix it. I usually have a really high pain tolerance, but it’s so painful.
