Flying, Caribbean, pregnancy.. help!

My partner has won a holiday to the Bahamas at the end of November playing poker. We have been the last 3 years. We arent using protection but not actively trying to conceive so kind of just casually waiting for it to happen at the moment and I’ve just had a period so not pregnant yet. I’m worried though, if I get pregnant this month or in the next couple of months. We aren’t going to be able to go are we 😩. What would you do? When do you have to stop flying? How safe is it to go Caribbean while pregnant? Should we hold out on getting pregnant situation?
