Gender at 12 weeks. How accurate?

Hi ladies. Has anyone been told baby gender at 12 weeks? 
My doctor said it is 90% a boy but she still needs to confirm at the next scan in 1 month.
Just wanted to know if anyone has been told gender and it turned out true?
The doc showed the genitals and said looks very much like boy (we do want a boy 👦🏻, as we have a girl already)

The genitals are very swollen at this point . I was told a boy at 13 weeks and it turned out to be a swollen girl at 17 weeks !

Thanks for your replies 🙏 I know it could change, but she was quite confident in her words. That’s why I wanted to know if it’s actually possible to clearly see the gender this early.

I wouldn't really go off it tbh because this early. They're genitals are still quite swollen so on a scan you can't really see if it's accurate. Just wait till your next scan and it should be a lot more clear.
