Did anybody ever have an upset stomach or diarrhea early in their pregnancy?

I haven't eaten anything out of the norm. I eat pretty good and healthy and it's been so bad this last week here.

Just as some people experience constipation in early pregnancy some women experience diarrhea, it’s due to the influx of hormones. Try eating a brat type diet is what my midwife advised. But speak to your doctor before making any dietary changes.

I definitely had diarrhea the first week after I found out I was pregnant.

Constipation tends to be more common in early pregnancy, upset stomach / diarrhea is more common prior to or during a period.
Neither are really “symptoms” of either condition though.
