Mental health with school 🤧🤧
Okay so basically I started a new year and school and I’m fairly on top of my homework but I have been just overly tired lately and my parents think i have anemia (i don’t eat enough red meat and my red blood cells are low) and I’m not sure if it has anything to do with this but I have been getting really anxious if I get the slightest feeling one of my friends is mad at me ( this might sound super immature I’m sorry!! ) but like my stomach drops and i just get really sad for the rest of the period or day and then the next day I’m fine. Idk someone give me some help or advice I’m not sure 😕😕 (sorry for the life complaint xx)
