Advice on cramps ?

I'm 7 weeks and I'm having BAD cramps my period cramps were usually bad at first but faded this just feels like I'm getting my period every day 😣 what helps ? I'm in so much pain it just hits me out of nowhere

Talk to your doctor. Could be growing pains could be a cyst or fibroid which they cant do much for anyways but at least youd know.
