What now ?!

So this whole pregnancy I have been making sure my son has everything he needs before he comes and his father hasn’t really helped with anything he got him a diaper bag and like 3/4 outfits and that’s it when I first got pregnant he was there for me but now that we are at the end (literally he could come any day now) he is not there we were still intimate and everything and during this time I found out he moved in with his other sons mother ....( talk about hurt ) but now he doesn’t do anything like when I had to go to the hospital for contractions he wasn’t there nothing he doesn’t come to any appointments anymore and still has not got him anything else he tells me that he is going to take care of him and make sure he has the things he needs and he hasn’t ....I’m really lost on what to do and I’m trying not to be a complete asshole but I think I really should ... he hurt me an then he doesn’t even do shit for our son because he is with her...
