Light cramping and spotting

I know I keep making posts about this but I’m so annoyed that I’m spotting after my transvaginal ultrasound ... I haven’t had any bleeding up until

This point and after a miscarriage I just wish I never got the transvaginal ultrasound done smh I’m so mad I’m praying it’s normal and doesn’t pick up which it did from the day I actually had it done but it’s still not enough to soak a pad or anything but idk my mind is just racing and the discomfort in my belly ☹️ and I don’t want to go to the ER cause I wouldn’t want them to do one and cause more bleeding and cramping 🙄
