Those topping up with formula, how much?

We are topping up after each bf due to major weight loss., just wondering if anyone else doing this and how much formula is lo taking as a top up each time? 
My lo can bf for 30 mins then have 50/60 ml then back to bf x

We just started! I was topping off with breast milk but I want to save that for when I go back to work. So I started with formula yesterday. My pediatrician said 1-2oz or about 50ml. So that’s what we do.  My little guy is little! So I hope the formula helps.

See if you can have a weighted feeding done to know how much baby is actually transferring and then top off with the rest!

We top up with 60 ml after bf 3-4 times a day. Sometimes we will give her 30 ml extra at some point during the day if she still seems to be hungry.

We do anywhere from 2-4 oz. Usually if we have to top off during the day, it’s no more than 2 oz. at night it’s 3-4 oz depending on how full I am. Usually by 10/11 I’m pretty depleted. He’s 5 weeks and 10+ lbs.

Well he nurses on demand when ever but if he is still hungry he usually gets two ounce but as of last night he decided he needs 4 ounces in top of constant nursing 😂.. if he is happy I am happy (for the record I make beyond enough milk I now have a over supply he just is a little fatty 😂 and needs something heavier then just breast milk)
