Lupron shot

So about a year ago I was put on lupron shots for 6 months to put me into menopause to starve out the endometriosis I had. I have been off the shots for 6 months now and I have just recently in the past 2 months started having my period. My boyfriend and I have been trying to get pregnant for the past 3 months we have been having sex like everyday most of the time twice a day if not more with no luck. I have talked to my Dr and he said that if I am getting my period and with the lack of symptoms I am describing it sounds like the shots worked and now is the prime time to get pregnant but A) it's not working and B) I've only had 2 irregular periods so far since I've been off the shots, has anyone else ever been on them or know anything about them I am also concerned that maybe the shots may have done more date then good. Can anyone help me?
