Can I be pregnant?

I haven’t had sex in a month and I came on my period twice, once last month and one this month (Normal Cycle). Well in January I was a day late. I have taken five pregnancy test they all have came back negative,but I’m having symptoms of pregnancy like my right side is off and on pain,and Sometimes when i lay down its feel heavy on that side. I went to the doctor she said it may be bladder infection, I haven’t went since after that. So my question is can I be pregnant?
