Implantation bleeding?

So I started my period early (which has never happened it’s been late but never early) this “period” felt so different like I’ve never had a period feel so different well I always start at 4 in the morning with painful cramps. 1-2 weeks before my period I had like almost all the symptoms they started to calm down closer to the time of my period well when it started early I was confused. The only thing that hurt was my back. Well usually my period gets heavier over night but it stayed lightish to medium the entire 5 days which normally mine last 3. Its been 2 days after this weird period and my boobs hurt and I’m just always so hungry ( on my period or near my period I lose my appetite) I’m always pissing I’ve been having weird dreams a week before my period I had a dream that I had a positive pregnancy test. So can anyone help with advice
