This is how many contractions I’ve had in an hour, all lasting 30s-1min long

They are about 7-8 minutes apart. I think the rule is 5-1-1. (5 minutes apart, lasting one minute, for one hour consistently) 
I’d drink some water, change positions etc. if they get any closer or hard to talk through, id go in. But I’d try to wait it out for now if they arent painful, closer.

They need to be consistent for about 2 hrs or more and intensifying
