I have a bit of fever!

My body hurts and im coughing alot. I don't know if this is the flu or a cold. Also i have a little fever. My medicaid was terminated but the rest of our household has it active. They were suppose to switch it to regular after giving birth (thats what they told me). Now im expecting 9 weeks & have a slight fever. My first ob appt was cancelled because of the insurance issue so they gave me another appt for March 7th. What can i take for the fever thats safe?
